This policy applies to blanc.amoresmile.com, covering product orders shipped to you and services provided in our Michigan offices. Please review it before purchasing.
For health and hygiene reasons, the Whitening Kit and Opalescence gel refills cannot be returned, and all sales are final once your order is placed. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on these products.
Custom trays are made to order from your impressions or scan and cannot be reused or resold. For this reason they are non-refundable once your order is paid.
If your impression kit is lost or damaged, or you need to redo your impressions: your first replacement kit is free; each additional replacement is $25.
Gel reorders placed at the saved-discount price are regular product orders and are governed by Section 1 (all sales final). Because there is no automatic subscription, no recurring charge is made and there is nothing to cancel — you simply choose when to reorder.
Where a refund applies (for example, an order we cancel, or an approved damaged/defective replacement issued as a refund), it is returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 14–21 business days of approval.
Teeth whitening is cosmetic and not appropriate for everyone (see our Terms §7). If, at your in-office visit, our dentist determines that whitening is not advisable for you, you will not be charged for the treatment.
